*** Memorial Orders: Within 1-3 days of receiving your order, we will mail you a collection kit. You will receive a shipping notification from Etsy once the collection kit has been mailed. The kit will have detailed instructions on how much, where, and how to send ashes, hair, or fur to, a collection receptacle with your order # on it, and a USPS cardboard envelope (postage not prepaid). If you are not cremating, we can also create the memorials using a small amount of hair/fur as these will turn into ash during the glassblowing process.
