We are not responsible for shipments once they leave our studio; any claims need to be directed to the U.S. Postal Service.***


***We are the ONLY glass artist who takes photos of your finished memorial(s) and creates a complimentary post of your memorial and loved one/pet (if photo is provided) on our Facebook page. Please check our Facebook page periodically for your memorial post: www.facebook.com/StarryNightGlass/ You can upgrade to a memorial VIDEO which will include photos of Jason creating your memorials as well as the finished memorials. You will receive a copy of the video and all photographs on a thumb drive sent to you with your order. You will have full ownership of the photos and video once ordered and you may use them as you wish. This is an add-on item and cannot be ordered after your order has been completed. ***Only 2-3 Tablespoons of ashes are required per order. If you are not cremating, we can also create the memorials using a small amount of hair/fur as these will turn into ash during the glassblowing process. Details for gathering and shipping the ashes/hair/fur will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any leftover ashes will be shipped back to you with the finished memorial. All ashes are different; some are very light and powdery; some are very dark and clumpy. This is a result of the diet, medical issues, metal in the body (pins) and/or the cremation process. We double-sift all ashes upon receiving them, but sometimes the sifted ashes clump together in the process of infusing them in the glass under high temperature. We cannot foresee or correct this if it happens. We embrace the ashes as what they are and what they want to do - just like your pet, each one has its own unique personality...
