We do not sell urns - we are the alternative to the wooden box or urn. All of our memorial glass creations are hand-crafted pieces of art; as such, the patterns, colors, and shapes of each piece may vary slightly, which adds to their beauty and uniqueness. No two are exactly alike...each piece is truly an original. NOT AN URN.

We are not responsible for shipments once they leave our studio; any claims need to be directed to the U.S. Postal Service.***

You will receive a copy of the video and all photographs on a thumb drive sent to you with your order. ***Only 2-3 Tablespoons of ashes are required per order. If you are not cremating, we can also create the memorials using a small amount of hair/fur as these will turn into ash during the glassblowing process. Details for gathering and shipping the ashes/hair/fur will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any leftover ashes will be shipped back to you with the finished memorial.***

*** All ashes are different; some are very light and powdery, some are very dark and clumpy. This is a result of the diet, medical issues, metal in the body (pins) and/or the cremation process. We double-sift all ashes upon receiving them, but sometimes the sifted ashes clump together in the process of infusing them in the glass under high temperature. We cannot foresee or correct this if it happens. We embrace the ashes for what they are and what they want to do - just like your loved one/pet, each one has its own unique personality...
